Prep 2026 Enrolment
From the list, the following documents need to be fully completed and submitted by 3.15pm Monday 31st March 2025.

Enrolments into other classes will be accepted at any time during the year conditional on our enrolment policy and the availability of places. Please contact the school on 9337 4111 for any queries.
ALL FORMS LISTED BELOW ARE TO BE SUBMITTED, plus copies of two different certified proof of address documents (i.e. certified copy of Rates or Rental Notice, utility bill). Providing false and/or misleading information or documents is an offence.
